Our Vision
At Boschetto, we envision education as a holistic, living process that supports the full development of the child — mind, body, heart, and spirit. We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and free to be themselves, within a caring and supportive community.
Each child is unique. At Boschetto, there is space for every child to be, express, explore, and grow at their own rhythm. Learning is child-centered and guided by curiosity, empathy, and respect for individual differences. We honor diverse ways of thinking, learning, and expressing intelligence.
Learning is deeply embodied and experiential. Through movement, play, the arts, music, storytelling, and hands-on exploration, children engage with learning in creative and meaningful ways. Knowledge is not only understood intellectually, but felt, lived, and integrated through the body and senses.
Nature plays a central role in our daily life. Surrounded by the landscapes of Corfu, children develop a strong connection to the natural world, learning through observation, outdoor exploration, and seasonal rhythms. This connection nurtures emotional resilience, environmental awareness, and a sense of belonging to something larger than oneself.
Boschetto is a multicultural and multilingual learning environment, where diversity is welcomed and celebrated. Greek and English are woven naturally into everyday life, offering children the opportunity to move fluidly between languages and cultures, and to develop openness, adaptability, and global awareness. Other mother tongues of children (German, French, etc) are also welcome and integrated in the learning environment.
Learning unfolds through projects and collaboration. Children work together, ask questions, research, create, and problem-solve, developing critical thinking, cooperation, and responsibility. Through active participation and democratic decision-making, children learn to listen, express their views, and take responsibility for themselves and the community.

We seek a balanced relationship with technology — using modern tools thoughtfully and purposefully, while prioritizing human connection, creativity, physical movement, and time in nature. We prepare children for the future without disconnecting them from what keeps them grounded, healthy, and present.
Care for wellbeing is woven into everyday life. We place strong value on emotional awareness, healthy relationships, nourishing food, and sustainable living. Children learn to care for themselves, for others, and for the environment through lived experience rather than instruction alone.
Our vision is to cultivate conscious, compassionate, and capable human beings — children who feel connected to themselves, to others, and to the world around them, and who grow with confidence, empathy, and a sense of responsibility for the future they are shaping.
